Charity
In Islam, charity is not just about giving - it’s an act that purifies our wealth, uplifts those in need, and brings us closer to the mercy of the Almighty. Every time we give, we are granted rewards, not only for ourselves but for those we hold dear. Since my mother's passing, charity has become a way for me to honour her memory, and I pray that every contribution made through this work is accepted by the Almighty and becomes a source of blessings for both your loved ones and mine.
It is with this purpose in mind that I dedicate myself to these initiatives. Projects that aim to bring lasting change and hope to those who need it most. Below are the projects that you can help make a reality, bringing light and dignity to those in need.
Threads of Hope: Empowering Women, Breaking the Cycle of Poverty
For too long, many women in Sierra Leone have lived in uncertainty, dependent on charity to survive. But what if, instead of waiting for the next handout, they could build a future of their own?
The Threads of Hope project is more than just a training program - it’s a lifeline. Through a year-long tailoring course, women will gain the skills to start their own businesses, earn an income, and support their families with dignity and independence.
Upon successful completion of the course, each woman will receive a sewing machine and essential tools - not just as a gift, but as a key to self-sufficiency. No longer bound by poverty, they will have the chance to rewrite their future.
I will personally meet these incredible women, hand them the tools to start their journey, and witness their transformation. Together, we can break the cycle of poverty - not just for today, but for generations to come.
